Heart of Texas Tres Dias Application & Payment Forms
All candidates for a Tres Dias weekend must be sponsored by someone that has completed a Tres Dias weekend (or similar renewal weekend). Note: For married couples, the husband must attend a Tres Dias or equivalent weekend prior to the wife attending unless otherwise approved by the HTTD Community President. Prospective candidates should complete their portion of the application and return it to their sponsor. Sponsors must then complete the sponsor portion of the application, sign the completed application, and return it to the Pre-Weekend Couple. Applications may be mailed to Johnny & Rosie Clement 2820 Oakdale Drive, Burleson, TX 76028, or may be emailed to register.HTTD@gmail.com. The weekend fee for candidates is $150, and a non-refundable $25 deposit is required at the time of application. The deposit will be applied to the total weekend fee. Applications will not be processed until both the application and the required deposit has been received. Candidate payments may be made on line via the payment link provided below. Husbands and wives must complete separate applications.
